4.2 Provider Prices and Payments

Builders, tradies, and other providers set the prices for services they offer. Unless Buildies expressly states otherwise, quotes, contracts, payments, refunds, and disputes for those services are between you and the relevant provider.

You are responsible for checking the scope, licence information, insurance, contract terms, and final price before engaging a provider.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit User Content or use our Services to:
